Information we use

When you register, we process your email address, survivor name, a password hash, registration and login times, and IP address. We also store your game progress, inventory, missions, referral relationships, account settings and uploaded avatar. Support messages contain the information you choose to send. Do not send passwords.

Why we use it

Account and game data let us provide the service you request. Security information helps prevent abuse and protect accounts. We use contact information to send verification and password-reset messages and answer support requests. Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, service delivery is based on the user agreement, security and abuse prevention on legitimate interests, and optional analytics and advertising measurement on consent.

Optional Google measurement

If enabled by the operator and accepted by you, Google Analytics measures page visits and game milestones, and Google Ads measures registrations and first completed missions attributable to advertising. Google may process browser and device information, IP address, cookie identifiers and ad-click identifiers. We do not send your email, password, survivor name or account ID in these measurement events. Advertising personalization is disabled in this implementation.

You can reject optional tracking and still play. Change or withdraw your choice through Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawal does not undo processing that already occurred. How Google uses information · Google Privacy Policy.

Cookies and local storage

Essential session cookies maintain sign-in and request security. We remember your privacy choices for 180 days and keep a receipt containing the choice, time, policy version and a random receipt ID. The consent receipt does not contain your IP, email or account ID. See the Cookie Policy for details.

Service providers and public information

Hosting and email providers process information needed to operate the site and deliver account emails. Google receives optional measurement data only after the relevant choice. Survivor names and game activity may be visible in game features such as referrals and trading. External partner links take you to independent websites with their own policies; optional partner visits are not required to create an account.

Storage and retention

Account and gameplay records are kept while the account is maintained. Verification links expire after 60 minutes and reset links after 30 minutes. Session cookies last up to seven days and refresh while you use the site. Privacy choices expire after 180 days; older consent receipts are removed during subsequent consent saves. Operational and email logs may be retained for security and troubleshooting. Contact us to request deletion; limited records may need to be retained to resolve abuse, disputes or legal obligations. Backup copies may remain until the relevant backup is replaced.

Your requests

Contact support to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict processing where applicable. We may verify account ownership before acting. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Google and infrastructure providers may process information outside your country under their applicable transfer safeguards.

Account deletion

Send a request from your registered email to info@outpost-zero.com with the subject “Account deletion”. Deletion requests are handled by support; this is not an instant automatic deletion feature.

Children and policy updates

This game is not directed at children under 16. If you believe a child has supplied account information, contact us. Material changes to optional processing may require a new consent choice. The date at the top identifies this version.
